ABOUT COACHM8
CoachM8 is a platform that connects people with the right coach for their needs—whether that’s business, life, health, grief, or more.
For Coaches: A profile page acts as a personal landing page, complete with services, unique qualities, offers, testimonials, and backlinks to your website.
For Users: A “Find a Coach” directory and AI assistant helps you quickly discover the right coach category. If your coach type isn’t listed, you can suggest one via the Other Coaches option.
COACH PROFILES
Each coach profile includes:
- Coach Type (e.g., Business, Life, Health, Grief)
- Services Offered
- Unique Qualities / Specialties
- Current Offers / Freebies (e.g., free eBook, free 5-day challenge)
- Testimonials
- Contact the Coach form (sends both to the coach and CoachM8 admin)
- Website & Social Links (provides backlinks for SEO)
- Custom Banner & Profile Photo (default banner provided if none uploaded)
Backlinks and featured blogs give additional SEO visibility.
FIND A COACH
Browse by category (Business, Life, Grief, Health, etc.)
Use the search & subcategory filter (e.g., “Grief → Loss of Parent”)
If your category isn’t available, choose Other Coaches and enter your request (e.g., “Pet Coach”). Our team will source a suitable coach.
SPECIAL FEATURES
AI Assistant (planned): Chat with an AI to help identify the best coaching type for your needs.
Special Offers Section: Coaches can highlight giveaways, discounts, or free consultations.
Mobile-Friendly Directory: Optimized for quick browsing and contact on phones.
BLOG & SEO
Coaches can submit blog posts (reviewed by the CoachM8 team before publishing).
CoachM8 will also publish its own SEO-targeted articles to help boost directory visibility.
INTEGRATION & COMMUNICATION
WhatsApp Business: Coaches can connect WhatsApp Business for direct chat.
Facebook & Instagram: Planned integration with GoHighLevel for message workflows.
Email Notifications: Coaches and admin receive email alerts when users reach out.
FOR COACHES: GETTING STARTED
1. Register/Login with Google (Facebook login coming soon).
2. Complete your Profile: Upload banner, profile photo, services, offers, and socials.
3. Add Your Website for backlinks.
4. Test Your Contact Form to ensure leads reach you.
5. Submit Blogs/Offers to be featured.
